The archaeological sites, for years, have been one of the main tourist attractions of the area, because they have sections of historical relevance in the world!

Konhunlich also occupies an essential place in this list, as it is one of the few archaeological sites in which more relevant information has been found that has helped us to understand what we now know, was the Mayan civilization.
Eco parks
Visit eco-parks such as the Sian-Kaan and Xelhá reserves. These will completely capture your ideas about what you once thought was an eco-park, as the restoration and care of each will be one of the most impressive attractions you have visited on the site.

Visit places like vaquita, palazzo, coco bongo in Cancun, mandala, señor frogs, 12th street in playa del carmen, and the rustic bars of Tulum if you are looking for a more relaxed atmosphere away from giant horns.
During the night you can also get to know most of the local restaurants, as tacos and typical food usually begin to be sold from 6 pm.
Precautions and recommendations
During each of your visits to archaeological sites, rivers and cenotes, try to follow the directions of each of the tourist guides of the place, this will be good for you because it is a land that you do not know and are not familiar.
Do not try to take anything from the archaeological sites; the nation protects these sites, and you could get into severe legal problems.
Wear comfortable clothes to visit each of the sites, as the activities that take place in these places, usually will be on foot or by bicycle (if you want to rent one).
